Filler

In our low-acid aseptic filling machine all kinds of products can be filled in containers of plastic and other materials. This multiple in-lane filling machine allows short-lab bench testing as well as limited test marketing with up to 3000 test run units per hour.

The machine is set up to run from an 8-fl oz. up to a 32-fl oz. bottle. But, a 4-fl oz. up to a 64-fl oz. is within its capabilities. Therefore, any bottle between 4-fl oz. and 64-fl oz. can be handled with only minor changes to the equipment.

The FDA finished their review of the low-acid filing on July 30, 2002 and concluded that the Stork bottle machine filing (SUP SID #020323001) appears to meet the filing requirements in 21 CFR 108.35.
