Glove Box

Our glove box allows you to fill your product in small quantities in either plastic, glass, or metal packages under aseptic conditions.

The sterility is maintained with a laminar ulpa filtered airflow. The complete system is sterilized by using hybrid sterilization technology.

We have successfully challenged our glove box with bacillus subtillus. 

The small quantities necessary allows several tests per day and are representative of industrial productions. Therefore, analysis, property tests, sensory tests, etc. are representative of the final product.

Highly accurate filling technology is incorporated, which allows filling of 1-fl oz. up to gallon containers. Several filling nozzles have also been developed to handle the widest range of products, including particles. 

You can use a container of your choice, 
    plastic
    glass
    metal 

A container sanitation unit is incorporated to inactivate all vegetative cells and the majority of the spore formers which could be in the container prior to filling.

An induction lid seal unit allows us to seal the container hermetically after filling.
