Asep Tech can stage your dry and liquid ingredients according your formulation. The extensive experience ensures high accuracy and correct filing.

Asep Tech can batch/blend your dry and liquid ingredients for you. The extensive experience and versatile blending unit ensures the highest quality of your blended product. Our blending equipment gives the possibility to build the product grape wise or shell structured for ensuring the right properties for your product. The final outlet temperature can be accurately controlled which makes the blending procedure an active part in the whole process line. In our blender it is also possible to finalize your pre-blended product, which can be delivered to us in liquid form, dry form or both.

 

 

Processing Asep Tech can process your product for you in their sophisticated tubular flow sterilizer. The versatility can be called extreme. We have the following processes available, Pasteurized, Ultra Pasteurized, HTST, ESL and Aseptic. Homogenizing before or after the main-heater or a combination of both is possible up to 5800PSI. Multiple time / temperatures can be archived from 2 seconds up to 360 seconds

The Glove Box        
In our glove box we can fill the product manually. Due to the concept and construction we can aseptically fill your product for further testing .

 

 

The filler                                     


In our FDA filed low-acid aseptic filling machine we can fill all kinds of products in containers of plastic and other materials. This multiple in-lane filling machine allows short lab-bench testing as well as limited test-marketing test-runs up to 3000 units per hour.

Grape-wise can best be explained this way: "If a product is grape-wise structure blended, the individual molecules are attached as grapes to each other". This technology is often used in flavored dairy beverages and juices.

Shell-structured


Shell-wise structured can best be explained as product being built up layer by layer. This is often done in nutritional supplements and Nutraceuticals. This way of blending ensures that the bio efficiency of the final product is at its highest, so that all nutritional properties are physically absorbed by our metabolism system.

Bio-efficiency is the way all the nutritional properties are absorbed by our digestion and metabolism system. An effective bio-efficiency of the product ensures that the label's claim is effectively absorbed and available by the body. Not all nutritional properties are absorbed at the same point in our digestion system. If blending can be done in such a way that the nutritionals are control- released high bio-efficiency is achieved.
